Shine Mural Festival

 

The Sunshine City, St. Petersburg, welcomes the 8th Annual Shine Mural Festival this weekend. St Pete is known for its vibrant art scene and the Shine Mural Festival highlights some of the amazing art the city has to offer. The internationally recognized street art festival starts this weekend and can be enjoyed from October 14-23rd in Downtown St Pete. Shine will feature 13 local artists, 4 national artists as well as 4 international artists.

 

The city of St. Petersburg is peppered with beautiful murals adding a little more sunShine to the aptly named Sunshine City! If you're downtown in the next week you'll witness these amazing artists completing their murals before the Shine Grand Finale on the 23rd of October. During the festival, 18 new murals including 3 community Bright Spot murals and 2 painted vehicles will be added to the art districts and surrounding neighborhoods of Downtown St Pete.
