The Residences at 400 Central
If you've taken a stroll in downtown St Pete lately you'll notice several construction sites. Downtown St Pete has been busy as construction rolls onward and upward, quite literally! The Residences at 400 Central, when complete in 2024, will be a 46-story tower containing 301 condo units, 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 45,000 square feet of office space. When complete this will be the tallest residential building on Florida's Gulf Coast.
